Stayed in a fantastic, spacious superior suite with a big closet - really loved it!

Nothing to complain about, the venue met standards. Overall it was a real good stay in winter. The local stuff was helpful and caring. We where in an incredible location a 10-15 minute walk from Louis Tussaud's Waxworks. The food was good and healthy, enjoyed it.

Think that this absolutely gorgeous and exceptionally comfortable hotel is beyond compare, liked it. Fairly clean property, excellent and incredibly nice breakfast, the location is incredible near to the Niagara Falls in 10 minutes and the tourist spots and the restaurant and the shops. The staff are very friendly as well as the host. The service is good with free parking available and healthy meals.

The location was good and amazing, not very far from a commercial casino. the area was nice and quiet, close to the falls, casinos, restaurants, and other attractions. - the room was perfect and comfy, offering a seating area, a writing table, and ironing facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's Villa! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions. The home itself was clean and well-maintained. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the beautiful garden in the backyard. we highly recommend Susan's Villa for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Niagara Falls.

The food here is healthy and has a great variety of options, plus the location is wonderful as you can easily walk to a water park nearby.

We had SENSATIONAL breakfasts with toast and real eggs. Special mention to caring and amicable staff. - the location was nice, a pedestrian-friendly bridge was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. - It was near attractions, restaurants, nicely manicured yard/gardens, and tourist spots.

We had a fantastic romantic escape with my partner. the caretaker was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions. the suite we stayed in was spacious and cozy, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. the couch in our suite was not the most comfortable, making it less than ideal for relaxing and lounging.
